Out today for a half day with Josh and Andy on a sonar trip...and some fishing too. We figured out some things on his sonars and he left the boat with me so I could set him up right. Started fishing some....and the shakey head pattern I'm on continued.
We might have used a gallon of gas in the few hours. We kept working 3 ledges with flats all in the same area....the bait was there, and so were the fish. It took a little while but I finally got these 2 clowns to understand that you don't have to "cross their eyes" with a shakey head. Several fish were missed but once they settled down, fish started to come to the boat.
No real toads today...just some solid spots with a couple of doubles. Didn't pick up another bait, just kept working the ledges and it paid off with 11 fish in the boat...we won't discuss the missed fish
Great fun...these two ain't level with a sick but serious funny sense of humor. Laughed all morning. LJ
