4064 is great for the .308. If you want something other than 4350, try RL19.

.30-06 i don't load for but a good buddy that does usually uses BL-C(2) or 4064. Looking at load data in the 165 gr range. I see that Hybrid 100V has some strong velocity with less pressure than many other loads. I have had good success with it in .270 Win so I wouldn't hesitate to try in in the -06

H4831 SC for the 7 mag and H 414 for the 30 06. Just shot 2 06 168 VLD's 4" from the X at 500 yards. Also shot 2 different groups of 2" spread at 300 yards. So the 06 is ready for 10/20.
The 7 mag shot a deer at 390 last year with 168 VLD's; through the heart, DRT. Still working on the load for the 500 yard shot this season.

My goto powder for the 7mm mag. and the .300 win mag. is IMR 4350 it works so well I don't need anything else. I settled on this powder over 20 years ago.

IMR 4350 is a good, useful powder. It gives good velocity and accuracy in my Swede. I never got good velocity with it in my 280 though.

My favorite go to powder is 4350. If the book says I can use 4350 I use 4350.
What’s better?

IMR 4451 is what I use when I’m out of H4350 which is what I use instead of IMR4350.

I use 4451 or 4350 in the 257 Roberts 6.5 creedmoor and sometimes 7mm08 but usually use varget in the 7mm-08.

I picked up a 1# of 4955 when there was a shortage of H4350. Never opened it...printed on the front is .25-06 .260 Rem 6.5-284 .270 Win 7mm-08 7 Rem Mag 300 Win Mag .338 Win Mag. I think it's the next closest thing to insensitivity to H4350.

What bullet weight you using in the above calibers?

7mag I would try RL22 or maybe RL26 with bullets in the 160 gr class, and the RL22 with 140-150gr class. Maybe even some RL23. The RL23 and 26 are relative new powders and employ state of the art temp stability and decoppering agent packages..

For the 308, RL15, H414, BLC2, Varget, H4895 or IMR4895, there's many good ones for the 308..

30.06 IMR4451 will work as good, maybe better as the 4350's with 165 gr bullets. It's cut short and temp stable and has a decoppering agent..

Ramshot Big Game powder could be worth a shot, pun intended, as well..

Temp stability is what drew me toward the 4451 as well as the other attributes of the enduron line. I saw enough favorable reports on it from the 6.5 creedmoor folks to feel it worth a go anywhere I used the 4350- as it can be tough to find. I just cracked a fresh 8lber if it though

Another vote for RL powder. RL 22 w 165 gr bullet in 3006, 139 gr bullet in 7 mag. Rl 15 w 165 gr bullet in 308, Varget w 150 gr bullet in 308
