LEM customer service ?

Hello all. I have a LEM #5 meat grinder. I have had it for the past 7 years and it has worked flawlessly. But now it is making some strange sounds when it gets warmed up. So needless to say it's overdue for servicing. My question is, do any of you all have any experience with LEM customer service? I could probably do it myself, but to remedy possible damage to it, I would rather just send it to someone who knows EXACTLY what they are doing. The thing has done countless deer and pigs so it has done it's job. But do any of y'all have experience with LEM. Thanks in advance.
