Jalapeno Grilled Cheese.
Ingredients: 6 Jalapeno Peppers ,Mascarpone Cheese, Shredded White Cheddar,4 slices Bread, Butter,olive oil, salt and fresh ground pepper.
Roast halved, cored peppers with a light coat of olive oil,until blistered and then place in a plastic sandwich bag.Steam in the bag will loosen the skin of the peppers.Spread mascarpone on the bread. Unbag and peal peppers and place peppers on the bread. Sprinkle white cheddar over the peppers,salt and pepper the sandwich. Close sandwich and spread butter on both sides of each sandwich. Grill in a hot castiron skillet.
