We are looking for an experienced full-time Maintenance Tech to join our team. A background in electrical is preferred. High school diploma required. Work will be performed daily on the campus of a large University in Athens, GA. Must be able to work in various environments including indoors, outdoors, small rooms, crawl spaces etc. You will be working with air handling unit blower motors that have high voltage running to them which can be potentially dangerous. The other danger involved with checking these air handler blower motors is they have moving parts when energized and can cause serious injury. For these reasons you will work in groups of two.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as motors, belts, fans, sheaves
