Memorial Day Pizzas

We changed things up a little this year on Memorial Day and made pizzas.

We had a Meat lovers with bacon, meatballs, sausage, salami, pepperoni, garlic infused olive oil, mozz cheese, and mascarpone cheese. The wife made her own version of a “white pizza” with the garlic olive oil, ranch dressing base, mozz and mascarpone cheese, and ranch seasoning sprinkled on top. We also had a Margherita pizza. All were very good.
