Blackened shrimp with some fried okra heavily coated in some Zatarains, and some very creamy corn maque choux. Very tasty and enjoyed some great cooking tunes...... I relate to that Paychek song a lot these days!! I guess Lacey J was a one hit wonder, but that has always been one of my favorites!
