I received these in an email. I havent leased anything from them but I can say they were super nice during my search last year.

To Whom it May Concern:
Spring is upon us once again and everyone is excited about the 2007-2008 Hunting Season. We are notifying everyone that we would like to send out leases by June 1, 2007 for the upcoming season (August 1, 2007 to July 31, 2008).
As per your request, I have enclosed a price list of available tracts that we have at this time for the 2007-2008 season. The tracts listed are on a first come first served basis. Our leases will be mailed out by June 1, 2007 and the deadline for you to return your signed lease and payment is June 31, 2007. To maximize your chance of getting what you are looking for, please notify Sally Green immediately by email, phone, fax, or regular mail if you want to lease a tract. Have a second choice in mind in case your first is no longer available.
Please notify Sally Green if you are interested in viewing any of these tracts and cannot locate them on your own. You are also welcome to look online at our website: www.flintplantation.net under "Land for Sale". If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at the number above.
