At the rate I’m cooking them the ones I put in the freezer will be gone in the next month or two. Already have cooking plans for next season Lord willing!

No inside pic!!!!! I was Curious if there were any pink in the middle at 165. That temp seems like it's more on the well done side vs medium rear that most people suggest.

Yes they were still pink inside and taste even better the next day cold and sliced across the grain in thin slices.
