My 2018 on the fly

It was another Great year of fly fishing with plenty of variety. I caught striper, hybrid, white bass, shoal bass, spotted bass, largemouth bass, crappy, bream, shell cracker, channel catfish, common carp, rainbow trout, brown trout, and brook trout all on the fly. My largest striper of the year was a 16 pound river striper. I also had a striper double on the fly as I landed one in my kayak and pitched the fly back over the side of the kayak and had another hit the fly immediately and almost pull my rod in. I landed the second with the first still in the net. I also have kept a running streak alive with a striper on the fly each month for 4 consecutive years.

Awesome! That sunset pic in the second mosaic is a good one!

Speaking as a strictly amateur fly fisherman, some of those streamers give new meaning to give 'em meat and make 'em eat! Very cool!
