I wish I coulda had a little more bread stick to the taters....Other than that, I was happy with the end result. There is a very fine line on them boiling taters too. I cut a few thinner ones to use as a gauge. When the peelings started to turn loose on the thin ones I knew the others would be fine.Those look perfect!
