There's a map in the Ga Dnr website that shows all trout streams, but the season usually closes on Halloween.
The Nottely river downstream of the 129 bridge should still be open if there's any water left.

Toccoa River, is a year round stream, as is the Noontootla Creek area just east of Blue Ridge. If there not in Union, you could hit em with a rock. PM me in you like and I can tell you some pretty good areas to look at.
