Need suggestions - pork tenderloins and pork belly

My father in law set up a hog hunt for us last weekend and I was able to knock down a 110lb boar. I would like to cook some of it up for him before they leave tomorrow AM. Was thinking of doing the tenderloins and some of the pork belly that I cut off the base of the ribs.

The tenderloins are really small (not the backstrap loins), so want to make sure not to overcook them. Was thinking of something I could do as an appetizer/snack for my son's b-day part this evening.

Got any suggestions?
