What’s the first thing it cooked???
Fish Milt. You know, fish sperm sac. If you would eat fish milt you would throw away all them nasty, fishy fish eggs. Best fish for milt I have had are Mullet, White bass. The Bluegills it is very small but good.
It’s like fish chicken livers but better or Fish Mtn oysters.

I gotta admire you're ability to cook pretty much anything. Personally I'm not adventurous in my culinary choices. Wife and kids will try most things but me, not so much. Keep it up my friend.

My dad and his generation of friends used to tear up mullet roe-White & Yellow when we net fished.
Hard pass for me, just like oysters. Just can’t do it. I’ve actually tried oysters a few times-Still a no go!
