I have several Cabela's WHUPPIN' Stick spinning rods and broke one last weekend. Now that Basspro owns them, I ran up and bought a replacement. The quality control on many of the rods has decreased significantly. It's not an expensive rod, but I should return it, correct? I tried on a 4000 reel and 2500 and got the same lousy reel seat.
