My sister mentioned she wanted me to make her a knife with sentimental value after seeing the knife I made my Aunt for Christmas. So I started thinking of what I could make that would be special for her and not copying the one I made for my aunt. So I made her this Chef's knife for her birthday. It started life as an old chisel plow point from my grandfathers barn. It's a full tang, burned red-oak scales, brass pins and a copper pommel for some counter-balance with a little file work on the spine. . It's a good chopper for sure. I'm still working on the sheath.
