Wondering if anyone owns property on it, if it's worth buying.

They were close to bankruptcy a couple years ago. I looked at buying a place in there and have friends that own in there. They had to cut most of the timber to pay off debt. It's a really nice place with strict QDMA guidelines. One buck and 3 does per family. Having a wife and two kids that also hunt with me would not work. However, previewing the property in middle of October when it was still HOT I have never seen so many deer on a single property.

There must be a ton of deer in there. I have two friends who have totaled out cars in the last year driving through there and I rarely drive through there without almost hitting a deer.

Saw they had a couple cabins for sale, was told the HOA fees were 3,500 a year. Thanks for the replys.
