Ouch....question?

Well, son had a wreck coming home from college and has to be at farm tomorrow to work. I've done the best I can with it(removing, beating, and banging). Is it legally okay to drive it like this? Looks ugly, but oh well. His mistake. Liability only, so it will have to do for the time being. May turn it into my hunting truck and find him a cheap car. I need to replace a headlight. My concern is over no parking lights and no front blinkers. I don't want him to get ticketed. Anybody know?

Your man,but for the record,I've gotten ticketed for a taillight out.Didn't know it was out, wasn't busted on a well maintained truck. Some law about maintaining or good repair or something like that.........
