out of state license question

I have a couple buddies from up north and a 16yr old boy coming down to hog hunt on a WMA during turkey season.

Exactly what are their license requirements?? It's WMA, general hunting and big game due to turkey season correct??

That's the way I have always understood it. Once the boy becomes 16 he has to have his own licenses. If you are hunting with bows I believe you will need a primative weapons also if I am not mistaken, but not with gun.

If there using archery or blackpowder equipment, I'm pretty sure you have to have a primitive license as well, that's what I was told any way.
