Pay’s Rub + pork chop?

Anyone ever tried it on a pork chop. I’m talking thick center cut. Was thinking of giving it a try one day this week. If no experience. I’ll be glad to be the guinea pig and let y’all know.

Yep, it's just as good or better on pork to me. I pretty much just guess how much to use, but always use the coffee. I could drink Kikkoman soy sauce and use less seasoning spices.
