PBS special Dogs in the Wild

Actual TV worth watching. Interesting 3 part series about wild dogs. Learned quite a bit. Part 3 talks about Red Wolves and, although briefly, discusses the repopulation program.

A couple of things I learned...

There's a dog that looks just like a raccoon.

Gray Foxes can climb trees and actually hunt up amongst the limbs for roosting birds and avoid predation by coyotes, etc.

I knew grey foxes slept in trees, but didn't know they hunted in trees. They have a lot of greys here on Fort Eisenhower (formerly Fort Gordon) but I've never seen a red here yet.
