Peach Growers: Please share your expertise

Peach growers please help out. What are the best varieties of Georgia peaches.
I prefer:
Free stone
Bright gold to reddish flesh
I realize most growers plant 30-40 different varieties to stretch their season out since certain varieties ripen at different times during season.
What do you consider the classic varieties for Georgia?

Expertise, not around here. Mine are Florida " something" just planted last year. This spring it had around 40 little peaches on it. Then they all fell off. First fruit should be next year.
