Looks like an American Holly to me

It's a holly, but not American holly. Looks more like a Nellie R. Stevens or some other cultivar/hybrid of Chinese holly. How big is it? Single trunk or multiple?

Single trunk, not shrub like at all. Decent size limbs, maybe 15 feet tall. Unsure if it had ever been trimmed or topped.
