The Piedmont NWR fall deer hunts will be held as scheduled. However, the administration of the hunts may be different from past years due to Covid19 restrictions. Please check the refuge web page frequently or call the refuge office for updates.

Rumor has it Pippen Lake will be closed to camping. I haven't gotten a verification on this, so take it with a grain of salt.

I guess that means the ONF campgrounds will be fuller than normal during those times.
