Pinned Computer help thread?

At one time we had a computer help forum which I benefited from many times. I understand the need not to have too many forums, but thought a pinned thread somewhere would work. Within it things like posting pics, resizing, and other problems could be discussed and easilly referred to when a problem arises.

I would appreciate any feedback regarding this idea.
