I'd call the first one a late-stage unfinished preform, maybe a really old one for a Hardaway or similar. The second one looks like a used-up Savannah River.

One on the left looks like a preform to the one on the right. As far as type, sometimes you just have to call them points.

I made a lot of crooked points when I was learning to flintknap. I'm sure they did the same. :D

Another possibility with those: they were hafted as knives and sharpened or beveled mainly on one side while they were still hafted. That could cause that look, also.
