I've done poppers countless times, but I've never thought to add shrimp to the mix. Gotta give this a try. Those look great.

What temp? How did you keep the shrimp from overcooking and get the bacon done?

I cooked them at 400 degrees. They would probably be even better on the grill. I just cook them until the bacon is done. The grease from the bacon helps keep the shrimp from drying out.

Sweet! I'm like the others. Never thought about adding shrimp. Craving flung all over me like a cheap suit!
