Looking forward to your report. Sous-viding a couple of strip steaks right now and will probably do the bacon tomorrow night if you report good results, thanks!
 
What are you gonna do with it after you get it boiled? Interested to see where this is headed.
 
Hey, it's fun to experiment. You never know what will happen. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. I think it's hard to improve on plain ol' fried bacon, though. Plus, it don't take two days to cook it. :)
