I searched that before I made my post. When I came up a bust I asked her first hand knowledge. I’m not trying to waste anybody’s time on the forum.

We have a state certified hog/deer processor in Bulloch Co. (Statesboro). It is the Chicken Ranch off of Hwy. 25 about five miles from Statesboro.

I took one to Zoller's meets outside of Springfield Tuesday. Very clean. 100 pound boar was processed into link sausage for $75. Good folks. Done in two days.
