I got a soil test done and lime is ok but needs 100lbs/acre N, 100lbs/acre P, and 90lbs Potash. If I want to plant in spring or fall for that matter, do i need to break soil and spread while I seed or break ground before hand and let the fertilizer absorb. My question is basically what is the timing of putting it out. Much appreciated in advance.

You can spread your fertilizer and then work it into the top 4" of ground, then spread and or plant your seed and cover. You can do all that the same day!

Did you pull your soil samples from multiple places in the field?

Yes, It is about a 3 acres plot. There is another 2 acre spot about 300 yards south that I did not sample. So, not sure about that one
