Found a rack of pork chops this week and decided to try them out. I seasoned then up and vacuumed sealed them.
Then I cooked them with the sous vide for 10 hours.
After they were done I put them on the Akorn for 5 mins under some high heat to get some char and slathered them with some Sweet baby Rays.
Here’s a plated pic minus the corn bread and taters. It was very good.
