Well don't, it is illegal to shoot hens and the majority of the population is already bred by the start of the season. You are not going to kill all the gobblers, there is a percentage of these birds that are way to smart to be killed unless you bait them.
Now, if you are baiting turkeys maybe you should stop. I would not want to be the hunter who gets caught next spring.
