but we get some custom made spicy mustard from Coach in West Virginia, it is awesome!
I think he just puts Jalapeno juice in regular mustard and that way it doesn't change from the yellow color, but I'm not 100%, all I know is it very good.
Durkee also makes for a GREAT BBQ sauce when grilling cheekun. I mix some with melted butter, add black pepper, a little lemon juice or whatever else you desire. Sometimes I baste for the whole cook time and sometimes just brush on near the end.
