NCHB threw down a mighty cravin with his latest bratwurst thread.


I was able to get an afternoon off today and there was no doubt what I was rolling with in the kitchen.


Shucked off my carry pistola and broke out the knife to start the slicing of onions, peppers & shrooms.

Nothing difficult about a batch of Johnsonville brats....one pack of beer brats and another pack of their hot & spicy brats.

Their rolls are killer, too.
Easy cooking and some great leftovers for tonight, I hope.


EDIT: just made it home from work.....T-Rex left me a pair of the brats. For the record....the beer brat version is the best of the two.

Yep, I love the Johnsonville beer brats. And I pour some more beer on them just before I take them off the grill, steams them good and smells delicious.
