Twas good! I'm taking a shower and going to bed!! The cream cheese pork loin was off the chain good!!

The internet went down hear around 6:00,, just now able to post up pictures. The brisket flat and the ribs turned out superb,, the whole packer brisket was a little dry, but not terribly dry,,, it will be good for chili and such. It was closest to the fire, so I'm willing to use that excuse. I robbed a couple of bones for my plate. On the ribs I used Heinz 57 as a binder on one, and no binder on the other. You literally could,'t tell a difference between the two after the cook.
