Savage Model 220-A Turkey Gun

ok Ya'll I know that I'm gonna get bombarded with questions so here is a bit of info on the gun above

it is a Savage model 220-A Hammerless single barrel in 12 gauge that has a tang safety, these guns were originally made from 1938 to 1965 so it is kinda hard to find one these days but they make fine turkey guns that are easy to carry around since they only weigh in at about 5-1/2 pounds


i done a good bit of work to get it to looking like it is now and it also shoots better than it looks...lol

bet those turks won't like it tho......hehe

They also made a rifle version, mdl 219. They didn't come from the factory as purty as this one.

I can say from experience!!!!
Get your shoulder ready! As a matter of fact you may want to try and talk the wife into shooting it first. Mine did not like it but the couch felt good to my shoulder.
