Been craving some salmon for a good while so I picked up a couple hunks at publix. Got a pound of shrimps and some tilapia for the wife. She don't like salmon- weird. Soaked some cedar planks and put the fish on the grill. Shrimps went in the oven in a skillet with butter and seasonings. Made some garlic butter rice to go with it. Turned out killer. Don't know why I don't cook salmon more often.

Man, that looks about fifty different kinds of good! I love good wild salmon, can't stand farm-raised fishy salmon.
