I have a TK too. It's reputed to be the most accurate Marlin ever.

Marlins in .375 are great. I own four Marlin .375s. The look just like my two Marlin 336ERs.

The Marlin 30TK is a sleeper. 18" barrel 30-30 sold exclusively through K-mart. I had mine rebored to .375 winchester.

I bit the bullet, so to speak, and bought a 1895GBL in 45-70. I picked it up today at my FFL for just under $550 OTD.
Fit and finish is pretty good but not the quality of the 1936 Marlin my dad hunted with.
I have some 405GR RNFP Coated bullets and some IMR3031. I am going to get a load good enough to kill a deer or pig but not send me to the chiropractor!

You got a good price for yours. I paid about 10% more for mine.
I don't like the sights (but better with the front hood off), so I put this little holosun on with the 2 MOA Green Dot. Now I'm super confident in it hitting where it points, but it has a rainbow after 150 yards. It also ruins my cheek weld to the stock because I have to raise my head up too high to see through the sight.
I think I'll probably order these peep sights in order to get my cheek weld back.

I'm going to go ahead and hunt with the Winchester 300 grain hollow points. I've got all my reloading equipment together to load the Hornady FTX, I just don't have the time to load (never mind test) before the hunt.

This is my Big Loop Winchester 94AE Centennial Edition made in 1994. It has a 16” barrel and I LOVE it! No problems at all with accuracy.

Installed limbsaver recoil pad
Installed ranger point loading gate
cleaned and deburred internals while apart(Trigger pull from 7.5 to 5, may go lower later)
Installed short rail and Mueller Red Dot I already had
Added sling I already had and wrapped lever loop.
Ordered Beartooth stock guard/comb riser
Loaded 405 gr lead RNFP with light load of IMR3031 and Unique
Planning to go to my friends farm tomorrow and sight it in and shoot muzzle loader too.
May change Red Dot to a Vortex Venom or go to a compact single bell scope later. Most of my hunting for pigs and deer is close up.

Marlin has just come out with a short barreled, large lever loop, .38 spl / .357 mag lever action rifle with a threaded muzzle and extra tall iron sights for looking over a suppressor. The barrel is only 16" long, and all the metal is stainless steel.

Looks great, but the MSRP is too high. I hope the real-world price is more reasonable, around $600.

I have an old 1894 limited edition trapper. 44mag it's got a little barrel fantastic to hunt with in close quarters. We have a ported .45/70 guide gun doesn't kick to bad an hammers deer aswell.

That is very cool, but that price is outrageous. Looks like the street price is $900-1000. Seems a bit strong for a gun with a painted hardwood stock.
