I have always like how Larry Elder writes. Good read.

"To those who say Kavanaugh disqualified himself as an "impartial jurist," consider the "judicial temperament" of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a heroic figure to the left. In a July 2016 interview with The New York Times, Ginsburg said of candidate Donald Trump: "I can't imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president" and that her late husband would have said it was "time for us to move to New Zealand."

Undaunted, Ginsburg later told CNN she considered Trump a "faker," adding: "He has no consistency about him. He says whatever comes into his head at the moment. He really has an ego. ... How has he gotten away with not turning over his tax returns? The press seems to be very gentle with him on that."

She is obviously suffering from dementia. Where in this Universe have the press been gentle?
 
It's OK. She's shielded from impeachment because she's a partisan "D".
 
She's going to die or become non compos mentis soon so there is no need to do anything and just let time do its' job.

That could very well be seeing how old she is, but she's hoping to stay on at least 5 more years.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said she hopes to stay on the Supreme Court until the age of 90.
"I'm now 85," Ginsburg said on Sunday. "My senior colleague, Justice John Paul Stevens, he stepped down when he was 90, so think I have about at least five more years."
She has already hired law clerks for at least two more terms.
