Shrimping at Ecofina River

Has anyone had any luck shrimping around the Ecofina River area? Living in South Georgia, this is about the closest access to salt water for us.

I've did it in Miami thru the years till the Cubans started pulling guns on each other.
I'll be living in that area soon for the rest of my life...and I Luv me some Shrimp..

Yes, I have family on Jekyll and St. Simons. I plan to try at Jekyll next year. Using lights and dip nets seems interesting. While this method isn’t legal in Georgia, it is allowed in Florida.

I've never heard of shrimping the Econfina. Shrimping is huge in the St John's river.
