Smoking peppers kinda day

Just put these on the smoker what I call jalapeno poppers on steroids. And later shall be smoking some stuff Southwest Style bell peppers. Got a feeling my rear end is going to be burning in the morning lol.

I used ground beef in the stuff bell peppers.

Removing seeds from peppers does very little as far as reducing heat.

I don't no man, I think it has a lot to do with reducing the heat.
