Haven't posted anything in a while..... work has been just crazy off the chain busy and we squeezed in another week in the mountains and TN as well. That first dish is a daikon pork bone soup, some roasted country style ribs constituted the pork bones.
Next up some mustard greens from the garden, actually the very last of the okra from the garden for the year (this has been a little while), some grilled chicken thighs and cornbread.
Some meatloaf cooked on the Akorn, mashed taters and a straggler fried green tomato from my Mom's garden.
And lastly some Island Time Ribs! Ribs marinated in a little Jerk sauce, then grilled and finished with a sauce heavy on the allspice, cinnamon, lime juice etc, along with some black beans that simmered all day and some cilantro tater salad.
