We used to put on youth squirrel hunts, but there is liability involved and the cost of insurance is way outta my league.
Not trying to be a wet blanket here,but the State would hafta run it on the WMA's and take all responsibility for any accidents. I don't have enough money for a lawyer-fight with the DNR. and don't want one.
I really enjoyed those hunts,and I hated to give them up.Those squirrel dogs and kids just naturally get along,and it's a good feeling when you introduce a kid to this kind of hunting and see how much fun everybody had.
I wish you good luck,and I think you have a good idea.I will help you any way I can,and would like to be a part of it.
