We bought a fixer upper down there last year, its not on the Gulf, but at Horseshoe you can throw a stick and hit water. LOL

We sold one of our lots a few months ago & have the other under contract. Both waterfront in Horseshoe Bch.
Grew up spending summers down there.
Has changed a lot over the years.
