My favorite when everything is from woods water & garden..spinach was store bout rest was caught, grown & foraged from woods..chants stir fried in bacon grease on flattop..same with squash & zucchini..fish blackened on Blackstone too..so good!

Great eating up there^! Finally got meatloaf, fried okrie, squash, and taters. I hurted myself . Mrs. Brown don't fix meatloaf much, I'm looking forward to sammichs tomorrow.

Im about to go out and try to walk it off. That's a fine meal too, never tried salmon with syrup, don't sound bad though, I usually dip mine in ketchup anyway.

Sunday Scallops here, pan seared. Awesome salad made by Mrs. York. Roasted shashito peppers with a lemony horseradish sauce. The scallops were served with some garlicky green beans and a purée made from yellow squash, banana pepper, onion, garlic, basil, stock, cream and goat cheese. Man I’m glad to be able to have real cheese, butter etc again!!!!

Yall done good. Marked down pork loin on the smoker. Smoked a few boiled eggs. Redneck street corn, mac n cheese, couple green onions, and a salad. Pretty tasty

After a 5 min sear on each side, locked it down for 2 hour smoke.

Pork ribs
Grilled corn on cob
Bourbon and brown sugar beans
A big ol fresh salad
Ciabatta bread
