The specifics of baiting with beer:
1. The deer is in direct violation of existing laws if it sets out a six pack and hunts within 200 yards of the sixer.
2. The deer is not in violation of the existing laws if it sets out a refrigerator full of beer as supplemental feeding as long as the deer does not hunt within 200 yards or within sight of the fridge.
3. The deer can, however, build a bar and hunt over the bar as long as beer is on tap and domestic and foreign beer is served. (I don't think the deer can hunt over the bar on Sundays, though, unless a food menu is offered.)
