Here's my gobbler from noon today. He's a three year old but his spurs aren't 1.25" and his beard is short. 5 point bird but I was glad to get him. He gave me fits all morning.

Still in Tennessee. We were wrapped up with jakes and hens this morning. Doubled again on longbeards this afternoon. I was able to pull these two away from hens with a Stumpy ceramic. Yesterday's bird's hardware was too short for bonus points. Today's will make it on beard length. We are heading back home to south GA tomorrow.

GA bird #2. I decided to get in a quick hunt before work being I probably won't get to go this weekend due to Easter festivities at church. It paid off with a classic hunt off the roost. He flew down early and came directly to the call. No blinds. No decoys.

Hang 'em high fellows. Finished off the GA limit this morning with an old bird swinging a rope. He'll make a good wildcard bird for us. No hens = dead gobblers.
