Thats crazy. The rules must be strict. I still cant get a bird. My son and I went this morning and had one coming but my son (15) moved and we got busted. Then we heard PUTT PUTT, and he was gone. Thats OK. He learned a lesson and we will be back tomorrow. Maybe the bird will be too. Hope you have good luck in NY when you go.

Went to New York last week and had the chance to Hunt on some Fantastic Private Property with lots of Birds. The Hunting was kind of tough due to the fact that the Gobblers were in kind of a Lull. If you didn't get them right off the Roost, you had to wait until later in the Morning to get back on them. The Mature Hens were sitting on Nests and the Gobblers were Flying Down and Hanging close to the Jennys. They wouldn't let them out of their sight. We had a great time, saw lots of Birds and managed to harvest a Bird with the Thickest Brush that I have harvested to date!
