Testament to setting with Peat Moss..

Railroader

Billy’s Security Guard.
Pulled my traps today, after another couple inches of rain flooded my woods.

Throwing in the towel till dryer weather, and after the holidays.

After learning to use peat moss for making sets, I must say that my results are 100% successful.

Some of my traps were actually under an inch of water, with the dirt on top exactly like mud pies you patted out as a kid.

They ALL fired with authority.

This would NOT have been the case without the peat.

It is very doubtful that I will ever set another trap without it.

That's my Merry Christmas, rookie trapper, two pennies worth.

Can't wait to get back after em!

I’ve never tried it but may have to ! I am planning on setting a few next week and it looks like rain in my area most every day .

It works well. I will setting on three properties next week including my farm. I will be breaking out the sand and the peat moss. It’s a 40-50% chance of rain for several days but, I have got to set on two of them at least.
