Thai chicken satay with coconut-lime jasmine rice. This was delicious.
Chicken marinated all afternoon in coconut milk, fish sauce, lemongrass, soy, garlic, ginger, turmeric, brown sugar, coriander, and other stuff. Grilled up with some pecan smoke, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and green onions; and I made up some Thai peanut sauce for dipping.
Cooked some jasmine rice in a 50/50 mixture of coconut milk and water, with lime juice, cilantro, and green onions.
This was righteous. We cleaned our plates.
